Summer is fast approaching and, here in Austin, the summer weather will be here before we know it and that has me thinking about...ice cream! My favorite snow cone stand just opened for the season, my son and I are enjoying popsicles in the yard, and while you don't really need a special occasion to have an ice cream cone, a birthday party sure is a fun time to indulge.
